Tis the night, the night of the grave's delight.

November 1 - All Saints day. Remembrance of  all the Saints, known or unknown. 

November 2 - All souls day. Remembrance of the dead

November 1 & 2, on these days other people would say Happy Halloween! and go for a trick or treat but here in the Philippines, Filipinos are preparing for the long Undas or also known as Todos Los Santos. This holiday is where different kinds of family will gather to visit, pray and light candles at the graves of their departed loved ones.

My family still don't have plans for tomorrow, me and my mom are somehow the same. Because we are the kind of person that doesn't want to be in a crowded place and most of the time a cemetery that is crowded can be dangerous here in the Philippines. So sometimes me and my mom just lit candles in front of of our little statue of the Virgin Mary here in our house and pray for our relatives who already passed away. We might do that again this year or I might join my auntie and cousins to visit my Grandfather's grave (Mother side) and my Grand mother's grave also (Father side, She just died a year ago so this would be the first time that I would visit her in her grave)
